Sierra Pointe honors our friends who work or reside in Skilled Nursing Facilities during National Nursing Home Week.  The theme for this year is "Celebrating the Journey".  We salute those with whom we partner as we all help seniors--whether their journey takes them to independent community living, assisted living, skilled nursing, or memory care.  If you have the opportunity, visit your local nursing home and just say "Thanks!"
