ASSISTED LIVING

We understand there may come a time when a resident requires individual assistance to meet their daily living needs. At Vintage Silver Creek, we are proud to offer an Assisted Living Program that promotes a healthier quality of life. Working closely with the resident's physician, our associates develop a personalized care plan offering the following services:

- Medication monitoring
- Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
- Preparing & serving special diets as prescribed by a physician
- Additional housekeeping services as needed		   - Escorting to and from meals and other activities
- Assistance with eating
- Incontinence assistance
