Recollections is a specialized neighborhood within the Vintage Sonoma community dedicated to providing quality services and a feeling of well-being for our residents facing Alzheimer's disease or other related dementias. continued dignity, trust and peace of mind of our special residents.

We recognize that every Recollections resident is different, so our program is designed to reflect each resident's individuality. Before welcoming your loved one to Recollections, we begin with a personalized and confidential assessment by our Assisted Living Director or Program Director to tailor the individualized care plan.
